Dumbbell Lunge
Muscle Groups: Quads, Calves, Glutes, Hamstrings

Instructions
- Choose a pair of dumbbells and stand up straight with a slight bend in your knees.
- Hold the dumbbells down at your sides. You are now in the starting position.
