*Consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.

NUTRITION TIPS: 

  • Eat only when you are hungry.
  • Eat until 80% full.
  • Drink an extra glass of water.
  • Ask yourself:
    • Is this a habit or necessary?
    • Am I hungry or just bored?
